Over the years, GIS has grown to cover a very broad horizon. It’s no longer the domain of specialized departments; instead, it has become deeply woven into an organization’s fabric and extends to a very public and connected audience. The fact that we think differently today than in the past about how we use—and perhaps more importantly, how we can use—GIS reminds us that we need to continue to evolve our skills in new directions.
Today, we are proud that IPGI is synonymous with practical, industry focused education, and attracts the best students. The fact that our alumni are working in the best companies across India is a testament to our extremely talented faculty who inculcate, by example, in each student the spirit of dedication, sincerity and loyalty, and to all the corporates who support our mission with so much enthusiasm.

My task is to continue the past good practices and face new challenges in future. We are constantly working on making IPGI one of the best practical &professional institute for teaching, research, infrastructure and governance for further development of IPGI.
